You book directly with Véronique, the owner and Superhost. She confirms availability and the final price, and arranges payment with you personally. Loggia only provides the website.
The Main House: check-in 16:00–23:00, check-out by 10:00, self check-in with the on-site staff. The Cottage: check-in from 17:00, check-out by 12:00. The Apartment: check-in from 16:00, check-out by 11:00.
Minimum 3 nights. A longer minimum may apply in high season — the owner confirms when you enquire.
No platform or service fee. Payment is by bank transfer — the full amount in advance, or a special arrangement agreed directly with the owner. The security deposit is paid before check-in.
A refundable security deposit of €1,000 is paid before check-in and returned within 24 hours of check-out.
Cancel 30 or more days before check-in for a full refund. Cancel up to 20 days before check-in for a 50% refund. Within 20 days of check-in the booking is non-refundable.
This is a quiet countryside property. Events and parties are arranged separately and priced differently — please contact the host. For pets or other special requests, contact the host. A car is recommended; Tavira is about 10 minutes away.
